01 / THE JOURNEY

From training room
to classroom.

HEAT began with a three-day training in January. The real work happened after teachers took new ideas into lessons, documented what happened, received feedback and tried again.

What changed
in practice?

Explore eight featured stories from the 30-teacher cohort. Each connects a shift in thinking to a reflection, a lesson or an observation. These are examples of growth, not a ranking of teachers.

EXPLORE A THEME

A selection of the cohort’s documented work is shown here. The program also identified next steps in consistent differentiation, assessment and evidence of sustained learner progress.

The work
behind the words.

Actual lesson materials and images make the journey tangible. Open an item to inspect it, then return to a teacher story to see how the material fits their practice.

THE HEAT IDEA

“Did my learners learn, how do I know,
and what can I do better?”
