The story

What happened.

The interactive Teacher Journey turns material from the first cohort into a guest experience. Visitors can move between themes and teachers, inspect classroom images and selected lesson plans, and see how training was applied and reflected on over time.

Making growth visible

The digital format brings together the cohort’s images, lesson plans, reflections and selected before-and-after evidence in one place. It supports exploration on phones as well as a large event screen.

A record to revisit

The showcase gives HEAT a way to present teachers’ work beyond the close-out ceremony and to keep the program journey connected to the Foundation website.
